Tension:

1) When GP members are late to class and a studio needs to make the decision whether to grant the member entry; which tends to place studios in an awkward position because if the member takes the no entry badly, it reflects badly on their particular studio.

2) Members calling in to ask a studio not to report the no show, since studios will get paid for the completed booking anyway.

Suggested solution:

> Adding a geo-tagged check in feature (so members are only able to check in when they're in a specified vicinity within the studio's coordinates).

> Members are only allowed to check in up to 3-5 minutes after the scheduled class time, beyond this allocated time the booking will automatically become a no show.

> Make it clear to our members this is a system change, not to the fault or control of the studio which is why they need to arrive early and there's less flexibility with late/tardiness.
