Ability for Member to Track Late Cancellations and No Shows

Hrmmm this is an interesting request. I think it goes hand in hand with a "billing section".
We probably don't want to "no-show shame" them by always having their no-shows/late cancelleds displayed.
Thoughts?

Based on what we understand from the customer, they just want to understand how much no shows and late cancellations are costing them.
Of course, the intent here is to have this information private to the user not available to the public or to studios, but up for consideration whether it's worth spending time on to add.
